No! Physical Therapists in the State of California are allowed to see patients without a prescription from your doctor. There are certain rules that need to be followed which your physical therapist will make you aware of during your visit.

Not directly. Bell Physical Therapy is an out-of-network physical therapy provider. We require all services to be paid for by the client at the time of service, and depending on your insurance company you may be eligible for reimbursement. Following each session, we provide each client with a SuperBill you can submit to your insurance company. We are happy to check your insurance benefits for you to find out your deductible and out-of-network benefits. We do also accept payment through HSAs/FSAs.

At The Training Room, we value your health and your time. In order to provide the best client experience and highest level of care, we are unable to accept insurance. At each session you will have the opportunity to work with Dr. Sam, Physical Therapist, a leader in the sports physical therapy field. You will spend a full hour with Dr. Sam, as we do not use aides or technicians in the office. Being an out-of-network practitioner allows Dr. Sam to work with you on a plan of action that works best for you, the client, without constraints or rules set forth by your insurance company. We look forward to helping you achieve your goals and reach your potential.

Cash, Credit, as well as Zelle and other forms of electronic payment are acceptable. You may also pay direclty with an HSA or FSA card. You will receive an invoice following each session.

We offer sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours, with a variety of services available. Our initial assessment is $195 and each follow up session is $185.
