At The Training Room, we take your health and your time seriously. We guarantee that you always receive expert level one on one care with a physical therapist, and not work with aides or technicians. This allows us to provide you with the best physical therapy and performance experience that gets you to your optimal human performance level sooner. In order to provide you with this quality service, we do not participate with any insurance provider plans. Instead, you are able to submit our services as out of network benefits and we will provide you with a superbill. We accept HSA and FSA. An initial evaluation at The Training Room is $195, with packages starting at $155.

I have had the BEST experience at Bell Physical Therapy!! I have a Pars defect that was causing severe pain in my leg and preventing me from doing simple things such as taking a walk, doing yoga and enjoying my life. Before the onset of the pain, I was a pretty active person - I loved doing yoga, hiking, working out at the gym and taking spin classes. Once the pain started, I could not do any of those things. My orthopedic doctor recommended physical therapy. I spent two years in traditional physical therapy with little to no improvement. A friend recommended Sam and all I can say is that I am soooo thankful for that recommendation! Within three months of working with Sam, I am a completely different person! The pain is gone!!! And, I am back to most of my activities! Last weekend, I took a 4 mile hike at elevation with my husband (something I thought I could never do during this past two years) and I am back to doing yoga again! I am so thankful and grateful to Bell Physical Therapy and everything they have done for me! I am truly a huge fan and would recommend them to anyone! I've been seeing Sam for 4 months and wish I'd started years ago. I was referred to Sam by my pelvic floor physical therapist for a muscle imbalance that was causing me pain. The therapy and work out routines and coaching provided by Sam have helped correct the issue. Sam is great at designing workouts that are safe and appropriately challenging that correct muscle imbalances and build strength. In the 4 months I've been visiting Bell Physical Therapy I've gained a considerable amount of strength and move and feel much better throughout the day. I value the expertise and feel so much better, I recommended Bell Physical Therapy to my wife and she has also been a patient now for several weeks and already feels better throughout the day. Dr. Bell has the vast knowledge of science and body mechanics of an individual. He is able to guide and coached me recovering from a neck injury. As an athlete my whole life, I was so frustrated by not able to train as strenous as I could before. With Sam's help , I'm able to lift and do my regular routine again.
